Our flagship park in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada

The opening of this park at the Northeast Pioneers Greenway in 2017 proved to be a huge success as their new addition of a fitness node to their trail. Thousands of users pass through this node every year, with summer fitness classes regularly being run by local community members. The benefits to local residents have been tremendous since its opening, with many users giving thanks for the park to provide a space for them to gather and exercise together.

Testimonial:

“Linking up with Nino and finding the Kenguru brand was a key factor in making the Whyte Ridge Accessible Fitness Park project a real success. The fact that Kenguru has an entire accessible calisthenics line is so forward thinking and it helped inspire the overall direction of our project. We now have a top quality outdoor calisthenics facility designed with accessibility in mind. Nino was a tremendous help with many aspects of the project, right from selecting the equipment, layout, liaising with the city planners and the our contractor, helping plan signage and answering technical questions about the Kenguru brand. His team even provided a sensational demonstration of calisthenics at the grand opening of the park. We were a bit nervous about having the equipment shipped from overseas but it all arrived on time and in good order. The equipment itself is top quality and is clearly meant to last. I expect our Whyte Ridge Accessible Fitness Park will be enjoyed at our community centre for decades to come.”
